This public website

The marketing site serves public information. It has no sign-in system, family-record database, advertising trackers or active email-list form. The support form sends your name, email, category, subject, message and any optional device/contact details to Netlify Forms for the ScholarForge team to review. The email alternative opens your email app. Hosting providers may process request logs as part of operating the website.

Your family workspace

The separate ScholarForge app stores parent accounts and the educational records parents choose to add. Student profiles require only a display name; parents control student access. There are no public student profiles or child-to-child messages.

Personal appearance and time-format preferences belong to individual users. Workspace identity and image are shared family settings. Authorized service operators have limited administrative access to account and workspace information; the app’s privacy information describes that access.

Your control

Parents can export academic records, archive students, disable student logins and permanently delete student or family records in app settings. Operators must define backup retention and deletion practices before full release.

Support and future shop purchases

Do not send student passwords, PINs, academic documents or payment details to support. Resource checkout and purchase-data processing are not active. Updated privacy information must identify any commerce or digital-delivery provider before those services launch.

Before full release

The owner must finalize operator identity, processors, retention periods, regional rights, consent procedures and children’s privacy practices. This draft does not establish legal compliance.
